Telehealth Appointments

At Adult and Paediatric Dermatology telehealth is either available either as a phone or video-chat appointment. Patients are welcome from anywhere in Australia.

How does telehealth work?

  • Please book your telehealth appointment by calling (08) 6169 0631.

  • To get a rebate from Medicare you will need a GP or specialist referral.

  • Please e-mail photos of your skin condition to admin@apderm.com.au or rochelle@apderm.com.au

  • At your scheduled appointment time Dr Gild will phone you to discuss your problem, answer any questions and make a treatment plan.

  • At the end of the appointment instructions, scripts and blood tests are sent via email.

    Do I need any special equipment?

  • No, Dr Gild will simply call you on your home phone or mobile phone. No special software is required.

  • If you have Facetime, Whatsapp or MSN Messenger can all be used - but we will start with a regular phone call.
